The hotel was built using all the ancient and modern techniques of stone masonry, including the necessary reinforced concrete structure, in which a metal beam joist framing was installed for the sake of the space between the floors, which bears the installation of the entire infrastructure of the hotel. The roofs are covered with antique-style tiles. Nearly 1,600 cubic meters of ashlar stone blocks were used so as to implant the entire structure of the hotel into itself through a 60 cm wall. The house has a visible construction of ashlar stone masonry, both on the outside and inside (without gluing of imitation materials, but with the construction of a real stone wall).

a lobby bar, a restaurant and an underground floor, where a kitchen, tavern (restaurant), winery, warehouse, technical room and other premises are located. The heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) system is constructed by means of "Water-to-Air" heat pumps, which produce a comfortable living temperature through convector units installed in all rooms. The hotel has 19 suites, each with its own identity and character. Special attention is paid to the entertainment and recreation areas.
